I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected ~ energy, career, home life, relationships, lifestyle habits, food, nutrition, exercise and so on. As we work together we'll look at how all parts of your life contribute to or detract from your overall health and quality of life. 

As an Integrative Wellness Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to determine & achieve your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. I've also studied herbal medicine, Ayurveda and other Eastern and Western techniques for healing, modern and ancient alike.

Beyond just studying, I've also experienced many of these healing modalities in my own life, and have developed quite the "medicine bag" full of different tools for different conditions, challenges and goals. Each of us is unique, with concerns ranging from healthy weight to chronic pain, and sleep & stress issues to digestive distress. As we explore your issues and goals we'll identify a path forward drawing on the tools that are appropriate and beneficial for you. This might mean and emphasis on nutrition and diet, it might mean bringing mediation and mindfulness practices into your life, it might mean harnessing the healing power of herbal medicine, or any number of other transformational processes. 

Given half the chance, the body will heal and rebalance itself. Sometimes we just need a little support accessing our own innate inner wisdom, and the right tools to support our own natural healing. Together we will explore the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future wellness goals — body, mind and spirit.
